Kristen Anne Bell, born 1980 in the United States of America, is an actor as well as a performer. The actress was born in Huntington Woods and raised there. Bell is the daughter of Lorelei Frygier as well as Tom Bell. Her birthplace was in Michigan's Huntington Woods and was raised by a Polish mother and father that is German, English Irish, Scottish as well as Irish. Kristen realized her potential within the industry of entertainment at a young age. She won her role as Raggedy Ann in 1992 after attending her first audition. Bell was accepted by her mother to become an agent when she was thirteen years old. She was then cast for newspaper ads and commercials on TV. Bell also began taking private acting classes at this time. Bell played an uncredited character in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell went to Shrine Catholic High School, where she was a member of the drama and music club. Bell was chosen to play the lead role of Dorothy in the school's play The Wizard of Oz. Bell then moved into New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater there. Bell left her studies in 2001, and began playing Becky who is a character from Tom Sawyer. In 2001, she was the first to make her credit debut playing the character of Becky Pootie Tang. But, her scene was cut out of the movie and she was not even on the screen credits. Bell played part of the Broadway revival The Crucible starring Liam Neeson and Angela Bettis.
