Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what an individual woman can do by utilizing the enthusiasm and wisdom which comes with being a teenager. She's an author, health guru as well as a talk show host, and producer. Dancer and director. Comedienne and model. And most importantly an adoring mom and wife! Perpetual Motion certainly earned her the nickname. Marilu's story is a testament to her health-conscious approach. Her belief is that good health will allow you to do whatever you want to do. But it wasn't always that way. As a teenager she would be a frequent yo-yo eater watching her weight balloon way higher. Her stomach was constantly aching, and she ate emotionally. Both of her parents, who were aged in their 50s, and suffering from heart attacks or arthritis-related complications, died. The woman realized that she had to take responsibility for her own well-being. Dieting was not the goal however, the goal was to improve the health of our bodies and develop a lifestyle that would maximize the capacity of our bodies to perform. Also, she is a frequent actress in the mockumentary Christopher Guest's film. Coolidge is a member of The Groundlings since its inception in Los Angeles.
